This project was a personal photographic challenge using one item to explore a concept related to personal development. I chose to explore the concept of patience, its philosophic history, and its relationship to fear and self-preservation by shooting a rusted lantern under natural and artificial lighting. The accompanying commentary includes my own interpretation of each photo.
